Order Processing & Delivery Times
Express & International
All Express and International orders received during normal business hours; Monday to Friday, will be processed within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday after the dress is produced.
We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but due to occasional courier delays, some deliveries may take 2-3 weeks longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.
In the case of any delay in or processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
After your order is ready, we will carefully ship it to your desired address. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping regions.
Shipping Regions
Our dresses are made in the US. We are able to ship our creations to most regions, including North America, Europe and other Regions. Please contact us if you are unsure we can ship to your country.
Product Care
Our dresses are made with carefully selected materials and fabrics and should be handled with care for longer product life. Professional Dry Cleaning is highly suggessted. For more information or assistance, please Contact Us.
RETURN POLICY
Returns & Refund Policy
Whilst we don’t do exchanges, Farinazfz will gladly offer store credit or refund for a product you wish to return back to our warehouse if the product is not as described and on the following conditions:
- (i) the products are received in our warehouse within 15 days from delivery,
- (ii) the products are not worn, used, washed or damaged,
- (iii) the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached; and
- (iv) you present proof of purchase.
All returns will go through an assessment once they arrive at our studio, and we may refuse
any returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
Postage and shipment costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong product. If that is the case please contact us so we can make it right!
